breakfast- overnight oats topped with blueberries, fig and flaxseeds
lunch- hummus with carrots and a blueberry beond bar (smallish I know but I had no quinoa left and this was the only things in my house to have, I made up for it later though!)
snack- large naval orange
dinner- brown basmati rice with lemon and chick peas and a small sweet potato
dessert- banana and date “ice cream” (blended frozen banana and dates) topped with raw cacao nibs
snack- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter, 4 dried figs and a mug of koko coconut milk!
